Vocaltutor provide one-to-one singing tuition throughout the UK to all levels, beginners to advanced. Sessions are relaxed and informal, conducted by experienced singing teachers and vocal coaches. Vocaltutor currently have 21 tutors across the UK. Vocaltutors approach is aimed at the individual. Within your first session you will get the chance to get to know your teacher and them to know you, and your tutor will assess your capabilities. Your tutor will then develop a programme suitable for you.

All tutors are fully trained in all music styles, plus most have their own specific 'specialty' style. Covering styles from Rock (Rocktutor coming soon!), Pop, Soul, Blues, Musical Theatre, Indie, Classical singing and more.

Vocaltutor firmly believe in the holistic approach. However you are feeling hugely affects your voice. Vocaltutor understand that and work closely with clients/students to build confidence and vocal technique assisting vocalists to truly enjoy their voice.

Vocaltutor also work with groups and bands assisting with vocal technique, as well as artist promotion, demo recording, stage craft and corporate vocal work - public speaking, team building and vocal health. Vocaltutor have many contacts within the music industry enabling clients to develop further in singing and other area's. To also assist with students/clients development Vocaltutor produce 3/4 showcases per year to give singer the opportunity to gain stage and performance experience. Agents are invited to all events.

A unique approach

Through varies and extensive experience in the industry, Vocaltutor has developed a unique teaching method that covers every aspect of singing. Sessions are taught from either home studios or 'The Vocal Zone', Vocaltutor's new, fully equipped teaching studio where students are given the opportunity to explore their own voice, understand their own capabilities and develop accordingly.

The Vocaltutor approach is that of a holistic one, where students are taught in a relaxed yet effective manner and sessions are tailored towards the individual. Students are encouraged to be adaptable in their singing and all styles of music and teaching methods are drawn upon

Vocaltutor Associate Teachers

Georgina is the managing director and founder of Vocaltutor. An established vocal and singing tuition company. From its humble beginnings of just one tutor - Georgina, Vocaltutor now has over 20 teachers across the UK who offer a high standard and effective method of vocal and singing tuition. Before Vocaltutor, Georgina’s first love was Theatre and she has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience of working in this area. Georgina has worked on over 500 different theatrical productions including Henry V - Royal Shakespeare Company, Heathcliff – Cliff Richard, Crazy For You, The Joe Pasquale show, Coppelia with the English National Ballet, Opera with Opera North including Sweeney Todd, and the Magic Flute and many more. Georgina is currently working on her own album of classical songs which she hopes to release later in 2006.

The new Vocaltutor Master classes are aimed at music & performing arts students to gain an insight into music and the arts. All areas can be covered.

Fees cover teaching, and resources. Vocaltutor aim to provide 99% of the resources necessary to minimise the cost for my students. Each client/student will be provided with a learning folder and be given regular handouts and information regarding their progress. Vocaltutor also provide CDs of backing tracks and vocal exercises they can carry out in their own home environment. Vocaltutor are the only company who aim to provide all resources for you! Many tutors expect you to pay out for sheet music, backing tracks, files etc. Vocaltutor sessions are excellent value for money!

Sessions start at only £20 per hour.
1/2 hour and hourly sessions are available. Vocaltutor also offer block booking reductions.

(The cost does differ slightly depending on the experience and skills of the teacher and the area the sessions take place in.)

For Speech level Singing tuition you should expect to pay approx £75 per hour!

We assess each individual and devise a programme that is specific for you!
