Maria McCaul is an established violinist and singer. Her Musical Training began at the age of nine when her violin was her main passion and her private tutor, namely her Grandfather Edward McKeating put her through her entrance to the Conservatoire and auditions with the Queens University Orchestra and the Ulster Orchestra in N.Ireland which helped to prepare her for her degree course at Birmingham/

Maria trained at the Birmingham Conservatoire as a first study violinst and worked with the Renowned Sir Simon Rattle as a string player. She also studied under the direction of Pamela Cook a Leider and Vocal Coach. Since leaving Mountview THeatre School and futher training specialising in Musical Theatre she carried a number of roles in Musical Theatre plays.
