PROFESSIONAL MUSIC SERVICES

Send us an email detailing which category you would like to be listed in, please include a link to your website. We will build the page and get back to you with a link within 48 hours. If changes need to be made simply let us know and we'll make the necessary adjustments. When you are happy with the page we will send an invoice over by email and your one year listing will commence.

If additional changes need to made within the one year period these changes will be made free of charge.

MUSICAL ARTISTS

If you have a website online send us the address and we can generally get all we need directly from there. If not here's what we need.

1. An overview of your specific talent. tell us who you are, who you have worked with, what you have done, your influences etc. (Don't worry if you waffle too much we'll edit down if necessary). Include your location and your rates for live performance and session work if relevant.

2. A couple of photos, just of you. No pictures of you with next doors dog running down Blackpool Beach (you'd be surprised) and no group shots unless you are a band.

3. Vocalist and producers can send samples (*1 minute) pieces of completed work in MP3 format. Please make sure that you have the rights to publish the music online. This is for you to ensure. We point blank refuse to be sued by Sony.

4. Musicians can send sample solo pieces or samples of tracks that they have worked on. Please again make sure that you have the rights to publish the music. Ideally we do not want the entire track just the part that best represents your work. Ideally no more than *1 minute on each piece. On MP3 format.

5. Djs - we need a couple of mixes in MP3 format, show us your stuff. Mixes should be no longer than *10 minutes, we just need a taster, not your entire record collection please.

6. Once you have everything ready send us the info by email. We will review and get back to you within 48 hours.

7. If your application is accepted, the fee for a years artist promotion on Urban Street is £30. Payment is not due until the page has been designed, launched and has met the satisfaction of the artist. Payment can be made by Pay pal or check.

Note.

* If your music resides on your own web site in either Windows Media or Real Audio format. Tracks and mixes can be full length.
